Sr. Unix System Administrators
- Troubleshoot systems issues in order to resolve outages, respond to tickets and restore service within the specified SLAs.
- Perform problem analysis of recurring incidents
- Install and configure patches, operating system upgrades and other software products
- Perform system performance analysis & tuning
- Perform disk and storage management
- Perform security administration
- Work with cross-functional teams (may include third party vendors) to resolve issues
- Participate in projects as required
